I've said it before, and I'll say it again... I LOVE our dead end! And I LOVE that it's ALL OURS! :) We have been riding a lot of bikes lately, mostly on our little piece of road (Harrison has just recently conquered peddling). And because it doesn't go anywhere... it was getting a little dangerous with 2 crazy drivers not paying any attention to where the other one was. SO... we got out the chalk and our little dead end... became a city. We drew a yellow dotted line for driving on (their road) it went in a crazy loop. There was a gas station for fueling up - bikes and boys - and a store for tires are repairs. I was dubbed the gas station attendant... the store was self-serve. haha. It was days of entertainment! :)

They got really good at following the line and Jackson even mastered safe passing! (Harrison can go pretty fast, those little feet were moving, but it's a tricycle... you go too fast and you can't keep your feet on the peddles.) haha. I thought they would get bored of doing it... but not even a little. Unfortunately, the rain washed it away after a few days... but I have been petitioned to make a new one. So it looks like we've found a fun new use for our private street. :)

Wow! How disconnected have I been? I did not even know that you guys had a cute baby named Reagan....I am sure Celeste told me...but it didn't stick. Thanks for putting this blog together. It helps guys like me connect the dots. Jon
