WARNING: The following post is completely comprised of venting!
So, we have not closed on our house, in fact we will not even be closing on the original date (the 24th)! As things progressed, this past Monday (the day before we planned to close), the appraiser decided we needed to have our roof certified due a "leak" in the garage. Said leak has yet to be located in our roof. However, due to the fact that the appraiser mentioned it, the certification is still needed. Problem... we can't find a licensed roofer who will certify it for the 5 years that are needed. So.... not only are we paying thousands of dollars to close, we are now providing a brand new roof to replace a perfectly good roof (at least for a few more years) because of a leak that may or may not be there that no one can find!
Meanwhile in AZ, the house we are waiting to buy, will have to keep waiting. And hopefully, that won't be a problem, I actually don't know yet! Which means in a week or so I may have gone from having 2 homes, to having none!!
(Deep Breath!)
I don't think I have ever been under this much stress!! Whatever hair I don't manage to pull out is going to be grey!! I feel like at any moment I am going to either throw up or cry! So I chose to vent.

I feel so bad... hang in there. One day you'll look back and laugh... or at least not break down and cry! Love you!

That is Terrible!!!! Whatever we can do to help. I LOVE to tear things apart if you need help. It will all work out in the end though. Hang in there.
P.S. don't pull anymore cute hair. We couldn't stand to see you with no hair.
