As of next Friday, Patrick is officially the property of the Federal Government! We accepted an offer today for Sonoita, Arizona. It's about a half an hour south of Tucson, so we will probably be living somewhere around Tucson. He leaves Friday the 28th for the academy in New Mexico, and he will be there until the end of February. The boys and I will be here trying to sell the house in the mean time. And there is a possibility that he will be home for Christmas.
We are excited! We believe this will be an exciting change for our family! The timing isn't awesome, but it's good to finally know what is happening and when. The not knowing was seriously stressing me out! Of course, it sucks to have Patrick gone for 3 months starting NEXT WEEK! That was kind of a shock, and extremely quick! It's going to be pretty lonely without him. But it will probably be lonelier for him! lol!
I love him so much and appreciate everything he does for the greater good of our family! The next few months are going to be a little crazy for our little family...so hopefully it is all worth it in the end! ...Wow! A lot can change in a day!

CONGRATS once again! We'll be here for ANYTHING you need as you get ready for Patrick to go, while he's gone, and getting you and the boys moved. I love you and am going to miss you, but it will be a great opportunity!

We are happy for you, sad for us (lol)!! But, I know what this means for you, Patrick and your family and we couldn't be happier and prouder of all you both do. We love you so much. I guess this means you need to find a house with a "mother-in-law" apartment....for Patrick's mother-in-law!! (lol)

We are SUPER Sad to see you go! PLEASE don't sell your house to some white trash Family! lol! That is exciting for Patrick to get a new job! Bitter sweet feelings on this one...like your mom said good for you, sucks for us! But we'll just look at it as another spot to vacation for a visit!
Congratulations! That is exciting...welcome to the club of Fed Families! I know exactly what you have been and will go through, it is tough but it is worth it. It is hard to leave family but at the same time it has been good for our little family and we are having a great time. If you need to cry, talk, vent or whatever know that you can call or email because I feel for ya and understand. If you have questions on what to do in the moving process let me know as well!
